Paul Jeffcoate LL.B(Hons)

Paul graduated with a first class degree in law before joining the civil litigation department of a nationally renowned London law firm. He then moved to another top ranked London firm where he qualified as a solicitor, again specialising in civil litigation. Having decided to further specialise in employment law, Paul worked at a leading legal charity where he successfully represented many clients at the Employment Tribunals.

Following our success and continued growth, Paul joined the team in October 2013, specialising in employment law. Paul very much shares the Chartergates ethos that lawyers should give advice that is not only up to date and accurate but which is also practical and commercially minded and that they should be prepared to back that advice, with representation in person at the Tribunal if necessary.

Paul is an experienced and fearless litigator who can advise and assist clients on the full range of employment law issues, from reviewing and drafting contracts of employment, handling redundancy and disciplinary situations, to full tribunal representation in all areas of employment law.
