It is vital for the smooth running of any business that first class support is available.  Emily ensures that day to day the cogs turn smoothly at Chartergates.

Following her graduation with a 2:1 in International Business Management, Emily developed her customer skills in a mortgage services department and in an online retail business, where she spent valuable years in customer service roles and administration, including developing the company website and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Emily joined us in March 2013, and was keen to be part of a growing organisation so she could add her valuable input to developing the business.

Emily put her IT and customer service skills to good use, and is responsible for the procedural and systems side of Chartergates.  Emily is also a qualified certified bookkeeper, so for any queries with invoices and payments – Emily will help you out.
