AWR Review

The Government is in the process of reviewing the Agency Workers Regulations. As with the TUPE legislation it is a European Directive and therefore any amendments will be minimal. Specifically, the Government is keen to simplify compliance and the paperwork obligations involved. The review is set to start any day now and once the findings are published we will update you further.
