National Minimum Wage Reform

The NMW Regulations have for some time now been in a bit of state with amendment after amendment simply compounding the problem. The Government intends to consolidate the various Regulations and their amendments into a new and tidier set of Regulations.

The proposed date is for some point in April 2013. We’ll keep you up to date on developments.
