With legal qualifications in both Scotland and England, Richard has represented a wide variety of clients in the Employment Tribunals since the late 1990’s. These have ranged from individuals, trade unions, small to medium employers and large national blue-chip companies. It is the variety of cases and clients that Richard has been involved in cements his place as an experienced and successful adviser.

Richard particularly enjoys keeping an eye out for relatively unknown proposed legislative changes that can have a significant impact on employers and industrial practices generally, so the readers of our newsletters will be given advance warning many months before others are even aware there may be an issue.
